Preheat your oven to 220 °C top/bottom heat and line your baking tray with baking paper.
For the coating, take all the ingredients except the cornflakes and mix them well with a whisk in a bowl.
Put the cornflakes in another bowl and crush them a little with your hand so that some of them become smaller.
Tofu
Cut the tofu parallel to the longer side into about 6 evenly thick slices. Roll them first in the breadcrumbs and then in the cornflakes, and place them carefully on your baking tray. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes!
Dip
While your tofu sticks are in the oven, you can prepare the yogurt tahini dip by mixing the yogurt and tahini with the juice of half a lemon. Now add the rest of the spices and the chopped parsley here, mix everything well.
