Firstly, wash the rice thoroughly in a sieve. Then leave it to soak in a bowl covered with water for at least 30 minutes.
Then rinse the rice again properly under clean water.
Preparation
Now you can bring your rice to the boil in your pan with the vegan cooking cream and cook covered over a low to medium heat for approx. 35 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Add approx. 20 g of cocoa powder, stir everything well, switch off the heat and leave the rice to stand covered for another 5 minutes. If you like it a little sweeter, add some agave syrup or an alternative sweetener.
Now divide your black chocolate porridge between two bowls, add berries to each, as well as yoghurt, cocoa nibs, some granola, and fresh mint. Now all that's left to do is: Enjoy to the fully fullest!
