- Prepare the fruit: Cut the fig and prickly pear into thin slices. Arrange them with the grapes, redcurrants and raspberries in a small baking tin.
- Prepare the chocolate mixture: Place the (frozen) bananas in a blender together with the cocoa powder. Blend everything until you have a smooth, creamy mixture.
- Combine: Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the prepared fruit in the baking tin lined with baking paper. Spread a teaspoon of tahini and some fleur de sel evenly on top.
- Freeze: Place the mould in the freezer for about 3-4 hours until the mixture has completely solidified.
- Serve: Carefully remove the firm mixture from the baking tin with the baking paper. Cut it into 15 even pieces and as always: Enjoy to the fully fullest! 🤤
