washed or frozen

avocado

ginger
ca. 1 cm

flax seed
ground

almond milk

water
or handful of ice-cubes
Instructions
Cut the banana into thumb-sized pieces.
If necessary, remove stalks of leaf spinach.
Hollow out and quarter the half avocado.
Blend all ingredients to the desired consistency. If necessary, add some almond milk or water and enjoy!
