Method
- Bring approx. 1 l of water to the boil in a pot and add the frozen peas. Let them boil for 5 minutes, drain them, but keep about 80 ml (2 x 4 cl) of the water and rinse the peas with cold water.
- Place the peas, vegan mayo, squeezed lime juice, garlic clove, chives, optional chili pepper, and the water from the cooked peas in a blender. Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth. Garnish with fried onions and some chives. And as always: Enjoy to the fully fullest!
