Method
- First, cut the watermelon into slices about 1 cm thick and then cut them into cubes as well 1 cm thick and put them into the salad bowl.
- You can now also cut your vegan feta cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes and add them to the bowl.
Dressing
- For the dressing, squeeze the half of the lemon, add 1 tbsp linseed oil, salt and pepper, mix well and pour into the salad bowl.
- Now pluck the leaves from your mint, chop the stalks and add everything to your salad. And as always: Enjoy to the fully fullest!
