Instructions
First, cut the watermelon into slices about 1 cm thick and then cut them into cubes as well 1 cm thick and put them into the salad bowl.
You can now also cut your vegan feta cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes and add them to the bowl.
Dressing
For the dressing, squeeze the half of the lemon, add 1 tbsp linseed oil, salt and pepper, mix well and pour into the salad bowl.
Now pluck the leaves from your mint, chop the stalks and add everything to your salad. And as always: Enjoy to the fully fullest!
