Method
- Bring some water to the boil in your pot for the water bath.
- Now put the coconut oil, coconut butter, almond butter and white chocolate in a bowl and melt in the bain-marie/ water bath.
- Then stir in the shredded coconut and put the whole mixture in the freezer to chill for about 20 minutes until it has firmed up.
- Put a layer of shredded coconut on a flat plate. Now take a portion of the coconut mixture with a teaspoon and roll it quickly between your hands into small balls, which you then quickly roll in the coconut flakes and place on a plate. They taste best when chilled in the fridge! And as always: Enjoy to the fullest!
