Firstly, you should wash the rice thoroughly in a sieve and then leave it to soak in a bowl covered with water for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation
Wash the sticky rice thoroughly in a sieve until the water runs clear. Place the rice, coconut milk and water in a pan and boil while stirring. Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 35–40 minutes until the rice is soft, and the liquid is almost completely absorbed. Stir regularly to prevent the rice from burning.
Stir the cocoa powder and date sugar into the warm rice so that the sweetness is well distributed. Leave the rice to stand for 5 minutes.
Divide the warm or slightly cooled rice between two bowls. Add the soya yoghurt to the side and decorate with fresh raspberries and fig slices.
