Firstly, mix the hazelnut flour, cocoa powder, date sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl
Then add the peanut butter and soya milk and work into a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
Press the dough into your tart tin and spread evenly. Make sure to raise a small edge. Leave to set in the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Prepare peanut-filling
Heat the coconut oil and mix with the peanut butter and date sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.
Pour the filling onto the chilled base and smooth it out. Place back in the fridge for approx. 20 mins, so that the filling sets.
Prepare chocolate frosting
Mix the coconut milk, cocoa powder and vanilla well until you have a creamy icing. This works particularly well with a small whisk.
Pour the icing evenly over the firm peanut filling and decorate with chopped hazelnuts or cocoa nibs if desired. Chill again for at least 3 hours until the icing is firm to the touch. As always: Enjoy to the fully fullest!
