Chocolate mousse with 2 ingredients – Because sometimes simple is simply brilliant!
I love experimenting with unusual ingredients and creating special recipes. But you know what? Sometimes the simple things are the best! That’s exactly what I realized with this chocolate mousse: just two ingredients, no frills and yet creamy, chocolaty and simply heavenly. All you need is silken tofu and cocoa powder. The mousse is also an absolute protein bomb and provides you with 23 g of protein per portion for your muscles! It is of course also free from industrial sugar, gluten-free and vegan.
Why this chocolate mousse is not only delicious, but also healthy
I’m telling you, this chocolate mousse is not only a dessert dream, but also a real nutritional miracle! 🌿✨
- Silken tofu provides high-quality plant-based protein, is rich in essential amino acids, and contains hardly any fat. It also contains isoflavones, which have an antioxidant effect and can support hormonal balance.
- The “Doping” cocoa powder from Dein Kakao* (self-promotion) provides an intense chocolate flavour and also supplies valuable phytochemicals, magnesium and iron – everything your body loves! 💪 The addition of pea protein and creatine gives your mousse an extra boost in terms of muscle building and regeneration. 23 g protein per portion – what more can I say!
So snacking with a clear conscience? Absolutely! So, here we go! 😍🍫

Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 400 g silken tofu
- 80 g cocoa powder e.g. Dein Kakao "Doping"
- raspberries and mint optional as dekoration
Instructions
- Put the silken tofu and cocoa powder in a blender – no other ingredients needed, I promise!
- Blend until a super creamy consistency is achieved. If your blender goes on strike, simply pause briefly and continue.
- Fill, chill & enjoy. Place the mousse in the fridge for at least an hour so that it sets nicely. Even better overnight!

I’ll tell you how it is: there’s hardly anything more satisfying than coming home from dancing in the morning and knowing that there’s a second portion of chocolate mousse waiting for me in the fridge. Sorry, boys! 🤷🏻♀️
