Bananas, peanuts and chocolate – what a fantastic combination!

In fact, nothing can go wrong with this combination. Bananas, peanuts and chocolate simply go together legendarily well. What’s more, the sweetness of the bananas means you don’t need any extra sugar. Of course, I also use my own cocoa powder from Dein Kakao, this time the ‘So horny’ flavour, which just tastes soooo good. In addition to the subtle, caramelised sweetness of dates, So horny also contains a little banana powder, maca and tonka bean. A poem! Incidentally, they taste best immediately after being coated in chocolate or after being left to thaw for 20-30 minutes. The banana then becomes a little softer and all the more delicious. The only question is whether you can be patient for that long. 🙂

You can, of course, also use other cocoa powder, but it won’t be as delicious. I’ve warned you. Alternatively, you can melt some chocolate and use it to replace the coconut oil and cocoa powder in the recipe.

Hello, Summer!

Another great thing about the banana Snickers ice-cream recipe is that you can make it together with your little ones. It’s a fun way for them to learn how to prepare food, and they can easily be integrated into the process. If you are looking for more ice cream recipes, I can recommend my ‘Hot chocolate popsicles’, ‘Easy coconut popsicles’ or ‘Chia turmeric ice cream’. Can you tell that I’m an absolute ice cream fan? O:)
